Some buttons on the topside control work, but others do nothing or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Turn off power before cleaning around the topside panel.

• Clean keypad surface: Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove lotions or residues that may interfere with button operation.
• Dry thoroughly: Allow the panel to dry completely if it has been exposed to water.
• Test again: Restore power and test each button. If certain buttons still fail, the panel is likely worn out.
• Replace topside panel: Install a compatible Aquaterra Spas topside control, ensuring the gasket seals properly to prevent future moisture damage.

If a new panel does not resolve the issue, the control board keypad interface may be at fault.
