Possible Causes
Blown low-voltage fuse on control board, Loose topside cable, Failed control board power supply, Failed topside panel
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the breaker before opening the control pack.
- Check internal fuses: Many Aquaterra control packs have small fuses on the board. Inspect for a blown fuse and replace only with the same type and rating.
- Inspect topside cable: Ensure the ribbon cable from the topside panel is firmly connected and not damaged.
- Test for life: After restoring power, see if any indicator lights or pump sounds occur when buttons are pressed. If completely dead, the board or panel may have failed.
Diagnosing low-voltage power supplies requires electrical expertise. A spa technician should test and replace the control board or topside as needed.
