Possible Causes
Low spa water level, Air lock after draining/refilling, Blocked suction or filter, Failed circulation pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power immediately to prevent heater damage.
- Check water level: Fill the spa so that the water level is above all jets and the skimmer opening.
- Clean filter: Remove and rinse the filter cartridge to ensure unrestricted flow.
- Bleed air from heater: Loosen a union at the heater or use the bleed screw to release trapped air until water flows.
- Restore power and test: Turn power back on and run the circulation cycle. If dr persists, the circulation pump may not be moving water and should be inspected or replaced.
