Possible Causes
Loose pump connector at control board, Failed triac or relay on control board, Shorted pump motor, Moisture intrusion in control pack
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Cut power at the breaker before opening the control pack.
- Inspect connectors: Open the equipment bay and locate the pump connectors on the Aquavia control board. Unplug and firmly replug each pump connector, ensuring correct orientation and full insertion.
- Check for moisture: Look for signs of water or condensation inside the control box. If present, dry thoroughly, identify and fix any cabinet leaks, and allow electronics to dry for 24 hours before re-energizing.
- Test pump directly (advanced): A qualified person can temporarily power the pump directly from a known-good supply to confirm whether the motor runs. Do not attempt this if you are not experienced with mains voltage.
- Replace faulty component: If the pump runs when powered directly but F6 persists, the control board output is likely damaged and the control pack should be replaced or professionally repaired.
