Possible Causes
Undersized supply cable, Loose terminal connections in spa junction box, Voltage drop due to long cable run, Utility supply issues
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before opening any electrical enclosures. Only qualified persons should work on mains wiring.
- Check main connections: Inspect the incoming power terminals in the Aquavia Spa connection box. Tighten any loose screws and verify that the cable size matches the installation manual.
- Measure voltage (qualified only): With power on, a qualified electrician should measure voltage at the spa terminals while pumps and heater are running. Voltage significantly below the rated value can trigger F7.
- Correct wiring issues: If the cable is undersized or the run is excessively long, upgrade to the recommended conductor size. Repair any corroded or overheated terminals.
- Contact utility if needed: If supply voltage from the grid is unstable, contact your power provider.
