How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power at the breaker before working on Pump 2 or the control pack.
- Check configuration: On some Aquavia Spa models, ensure that Pump 2 is enabled in the system configuration menu (refer to the user manual).
- Inspect connectors: Confirm that the Pump 2 plug is fully seated in the correct socket on the control board and that the cable is undamaged.
- Test pump: If possible, swap Pump 1 and Pump 2 connectors at the board briefly (with power off) to see if the fault follows the pump or stays with the output. Do not run pumps dry.
- Replace faulty component: If the fault follows the pump, replace the Pump 2 assembly. If it stays with the board output, the Pump 2 relay or circuit is defective and the control board must be replaced.
