Possible Causes
Dirty or clogged filter, Air lock in pump, Partially closed diverter valve, Debris in jet nozzles or pump wet end
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before removing jets or opening unions.
- Clean filter: Remove and rinse the Aquavia filter cartridge thoroughly. Replace if old or damaged.
- Adjust diverter valves: Rotate any diverter valves on the spa rim to balance flow between seats.
- Bleed pump: Loosen the union on the suction side of the pump to release trapped air, then retighten.
- Clean jets: Remove individual jet inserts (where possible) and soak them in a mild descaling solution to remove calcium and debris. Rinse and reinstall.
- Inspect pump wet end: If pressure remains low, check the pump impeller for debris or damage and replace the wet end if necessary.
