How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power before accessing lighting modules or control pack.
- Check lighting settings: Ensure lights are not simply turned off or set to a very dim mode via the control panel.
- Inspect connections: Locate the LED driver module and check all low-voltage connectors to the light harnesses. Reseat any loose plugs.
- Test individual zones: If only one area is dark, inspect that LED cluster for water damage or broken wiring and replace the cluster if necessary.
- Replace driver: If all lights are out and power is present to the driver, replace the Aquavia LED driver module.
