Possible Causes
Tripped main breaker, Blown internal fuse on control board, Loose supply wiring in spa junction box, Faulty Aquavia control pack
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Only qualified persons should work on mains voltage. Turn off power before opening any covers.
- Check household breaker: Verify that the spa's dedicated breaker in the main panel is ON and not tripped. Reset if necessary.
- Inspect spa disconnect: If there is a local disconnect box, ensure it is switched on.
- Open equipment bay: With power off, remove the front panel and check that the supply wires are firmly connected to the spa's terminal block.
- Check internal fuses: Many Aquavia control packs have one or more fuses. Remove and test them with a multimeter; replace any blown fuses with identical ratings. If a fuse blows again immediately, there is likely a short that requires professional diagnosis.
- Replace control pack: If power is present at the terminals but the control pack remains dead, the control board or transformer may have failed and the entire control pack may need replacement.
