Possible Causes
Deteriorated jet body gasket, Loose jet body nut, Cracked jet housing, Improperly seated jet insert
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and lower water level below the leaking jets before disassembly.
- Identify leaking jets: Look inside the cabinet to see which jet bodies are dripping.
- Access jet backs: Remove side panels to reach the rear of the leaking jets.
- Tighten retaining nut: Gently tighten the plastic nut on the back of the jet body. Do not overtighten to avoid cracking.
- Replace gasket: If tightening does not stop the leak, remove the jet body, clean the shell surface, and install a new gasket or sealant ring compatible with Aquavia jet bodies.
- Reassemble and test: Refill above the jets and check for leaks before closing the cabinet.
