• Inspect cover: Check for sagging, heavy sections, or torn vinyl. A waterlogged cover should be replaced.
• Check lifter hardware: Tighten all bolts and brackets on the cover lifter. Straighten any bent arms or replace damaged components.
• Adjust alignment: Ensure the lifter is centered and square to the spa so the cover closes evenly on all sides.
• Replace cover: Install a new Arctic Spas-compatible insulated cover if the old one is saturated or deformed.
