Display shows LOC or PANEL LOCK, buttons on the topside control do not respond.

Safety first: No internal electrical work is required for this procedure.

• Unlock the panel: Refer to your Arctic Spas user manual. Typically, press and hold a specific button combination (often Temp Up + Temp Down or Light + Temp) for 3–5 seconds until LOC clears.
• Power cycle: If the lock will not clear, turn off power at the GFCI breaker for 30 seconds, then restore power and try the unlock sequence again.
• Inspect keypad: If some buttons work and others do not, the topside control membrane may be failing and require replacement.
• Replace topside if needed: Install a new Arctic Spas-compatible topside control panel if the lock indicator or buttons behave erratically.
