How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before accessing the ozone unit.
- Locate ozone unit: Find the small ozone generator box and its clear or blue tubing leading to the injector in the plumbing.
- Inspect tubing and check valve: Look for kinks, cracks, or water intrusion in the ozone tubing. Replace the ozone check valve if it is stuck or leaking.
- Check settings: On some Arctic Spas models, ozone can be enabled/disabled in the control menu. Ensure ozone is enabled.
- Replace ozone unit: If the generator does not run during filtration cycles and power is present, replace the Arctic Spas-compatible ozone generator.
