Possible Causes
Failed LED driver on control board, Burned-out LED light assemblies (Arctic Spas LED modules), Loose light harness connectors, Water intrusion into light housings
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before working on lighting circuits.
- Check settings: Ensure lights are enabled via the topside and that any light show modes are not simply dimmed.
- Inspect connectors: In the equipment bay, locate the LED light harness connectors and ensure they are firmly plugged into the control pack.
- Check individual lights: Access a non-working light from inside the spa (with power off and water level lowered if necessary) and inspect for moisture or corrosion. Replace the Arctic Spas LED module if damaged.
- Driver/board issues: If no lights work and modules test good, the LED driver circuit on the control board may have failed and require board replacement.
