Possible Causes
Loose or damaged topside ribbon cable, Moisture intrusion into topside panel, Failed topside control (Arctic Spas keypad), Faulty low-voltage supply on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before removing the topside or opening the control pack.
- Inspect cable: Remove the equipment bay panel and locate the ribbon cable from the topside to the control board. Ensure it is fully seated and not pinched.
- Check for moisture: Inspect the underside of the topside panel for condensation or water ingress. Dry thoroughly and improve sealing if needed.
- Test with replacement: If available, temporarily connect a known-good Arctic Spas topside panel to determine if the issue is with the panel or the board.
- Replace faulty part: Replace the topside control panel if it is water-damaged, or the control pack if it is not providing stable low-voltage power.
