How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before inspecting lighting circuits.
- Check fuses: Open the control pack and locate the low-voltage/lighting fuse. Replace with the same rating if blown.
- Inspect light harness: Look for water intrusion in the main light niche and LED harness connections.
- Disconnect suspect lights: Unplug the light harness from the control board and restore power. If the error clears, the light assembly is likely shorted and should be replaced.
Use only Artesian-approved replacement LED light assemblies to maintain compatibility with color and dimming controls.
