Possible Causes

Deteriorated jet body gasket, Cracked jet body, Loose jet retaining nut

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn off power and lower water level below the leaking jet before disassembly.

  • Confirm leak location: Remove the cabinet panel behind the leaking jet and inspect for water trails from the jet body.
  • Remove jet insert: From inside the spa, twist and pull out the jet insert to access the body.
  • Tighten retaining nut: From the back side, gently tighten the large plastic nut holding the jet body to the shell.
  • Replace gasket if needed: If tightening does not stop the leak, remove the jet body, clean the shell surface, and install a new Artesian-compatible jet gasket or use approved spa sealant.

Allow sealant to cure per manufacturer instructions before refilling above the jet.
