Display shows LOC or LOCK, buttons on the topside panel do not respond.

Safety first: No electrical work is required for this issue.

• Unlock the panel: Refer to the Artisan Spas user manual. Commonly, pressing and holding specific buttons (such as Temp Up and Temp Down together for several seconds) will toggle the lock.
• Power cycle if needed: If the unlock sequence fails, turn power off for 2–3 minutes and restore. Try the unlock sequence again.

If the display remains locked or unresponsive, the topside control panel may be failing and require replacement.
