Possible Causes
Air in plumbing after refill, User did not complete priming sequence, Pump unable to establish prime due to low water level or closed valves
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure all jets are open and that the spa is filled before running pumps.
- Follow priming instructions: On power-up, the spa may enter priming mode. Press the pump buttons to run each pump on low and high speed, watching for strong water flow.
- Open air controls: Turn air control knobs fully open to help purge air, then close them once water flow is established.
- Bleed pump unions: If a pump will not prime, turn off power and slightly loosen the pump union to release trapped air, then retighten and retry.
Once all pumps are primed and flowing, the spa should exit priming mode and begin normal heating.
