How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: No need to open the equipment bay for this issue.

  • Change mode: Use the topside control to switch from Sleep (SLP) to Standard (ST) or Economy (EC) mode as desired.
  • Confirm set temperature: Ensure the set temperature is at your desired level (e.g., 100–104°F).

Once in Standard mode, the spa will heat more aggressively to maintain the set temperature.
