How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Immediately turn off power at the breaker and do not operate the spa until inspected.
- Visual inspection: With power off, open the equipment bay and look for burnt wires, discolored terminals, or melted plastic on the control board or heater connections.
- Tighten connections: If you see slightly loose but not burnt connections, they may be gently tightened. Burnt components must be replaced.
