Possible Causes

High levels of body oils, lotions, detergents from swimsuits, Low calcium hardness, Old water with high total dissolved solids

Safety first: No electrical work is required.

Test and balance water: Check pH, alkalinity, and calcium hardness. Adjust to recommended Artisan Spas levels.
Use foam reducer: Add a spa-approved defoamer as a temporary measure.
Rinse swimsuits: Rinse bathing suits thoroughly in clean water without detergent before use.
Drain and refill: If foam persists, drain and refill the spa, then maintain proper sanitizer and water balance.
