Possible Causes
Tripped house breaker or GFCI, Loose main power connections in spa control pack, Blown internal fuse on control board, Failed control board power supply
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off all power at the main breaker before opening the spa’s equipment bay.
- Check external breakers: Verify that the spa’s dedicated breaker and any GFCI outlets are in the ON position. Reset if tripped.
- Inspect main power connections: Remove the control pack cover and confirm that the incoming power wires are tight and not burnt at the terminal block.
- Check internal fuses: Look for glass or blade fuses on the control board. If blown, replace only with the same type and rating. A repeatedly blowing fuse indicates a deeper fault.
If power is present at the control pack but the system remains dead, the control board may need replacement by a professional.
