Display works but buttons do not respond or respond intermittently.

Safety first: Unplug the spa before removing the keypad.

• Inspect keypad surface:
  • Look for cracks, lifting edges, or water bubbles under the keypad overlay.
• Dry moisture:
  • If moisture is present, gently dry and allow 24 hours before retesting.
• Check ribbon cable:
  • Ensure the cable is fully seated and not damaged.
• Replace keypad: If buttons remain unresponsive, install a new Avenli topside control panel.
