Possible Causes

Failed blower triac or relay on PCB, Shorted blower motor, Damaged blower wiring harness

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the spa before inspecting the blower or control box.

  • Inspect blower wiring:
    • Check the air blower harness from the blower to the control box for cuts or burn marks.
    • Ensure the connector is fully seated.
  • Check blower motor:
    • With power disconnected, try to spin the blower fan by hand (if accessible) to ensure it is not seized.
  • Test operation: Reconnect power and briefly attempt to start bubbles. If E17 appears immediately and the blower does not start, the control circuit or blower is likely faulty.
  • Replace blower first: Install a compatible Avenli air blower assembly. If E17 persists with a new blower, the main control PCB must be replaced.
