How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before opening the keypad or control box.
- Check display connections:
- Remove the topside control panel and inspect the ribbon cable to the main PCB.
- Reseat the connector at both ends.
- Inspect for moisture:
- Look for condensation on the display board and dry gently if present.
- Verify sensor connections:
- Ensure the water temperature sensor and ambient sensor connectors are firmly plugged into the PCB.
- Reset system: Unplug for 5–10 minutes, reconnect, and test. If E18 persists, the display board or main PCB may need replacement.
