Possible Causes
Incorrect mains frequency (50/60 Hz mismatch), Use of incompatible power adapter or transformer, Internal frequency detection circuit fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Only operate the spa on the voltage and frequency specified on its rating label.
- Verify supply frequency:
- Check that your mains supply (50 Hz or 60 Hz) matches the spa's requirements.
- Do not use frequency converters or non-approved transformers.
- Remove adapters:
- Plug the spa directly into a compatible outlet without travel adapters or step-up/step-down transformers.
- Reset: Unplug for 10 minutes, reconnect, and test. If E19 remains with correct power, the main control PCB frequency detection circuit is likely faulty and the control box must be replaced.
