How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the spa before opening the control box or inspecting internal fuses.
- Check outlet and RCD/GFCI:
- Verify the outlet works with another appliance.
- If the spa has an RCD/GFCI plug, press RESET and ensure it latches.
- Inspect power cord:
- Look for visible damage along the power cord.
- Check internal fuse (if user-serviceable):
- Open the control box and locate the main fuse on the PCB.
- If blown, replace only with the same type and rating.
- If it blows again immediately, a short exists and a technician should diagnose.
