How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before opening the control box.
- Perform hard reset:
- Unplug the spa for at least 10 minutes.
- Press and hold any keypad button for 10 seconds (with power off) to discharge capacitors.
- Reconnect and test.
- Check keypad:
- Ensure no buttons are physically stuck or continuously pressed.
- Listen for relay clicks:
- When starting filtration, listen for a click from the control box.
- No click may indicate a failed pump relay on the PCB.
- Replace control box: If reset does not restore operation, the main control PCB is likely faulty and the control box assembly should be replaced.
