Pump runs but there is little or no water circulation through the spa

Safety first: Unplug the spa before removing the filter or loosening any fittings.

• Clean or remove filter: Take out the filter cartridge and rinse thoroughly. Test circulation briefly without the filter to see if flow improves.
• Inspect suction and return: From inside the spa, check the suction and return fittings for hair, leaves, or other debris and remove carefully.
• Bleed air: Slightly loosen the upper hose connection at the pump/heater until air escapes and water flows, then retighten.
• Check hoses: Ensure hoses are not kinked or crushed behind the pump unit.

If circulation remains weak, the pump impeller may be obstructed or worn. Internal pump inspection and possible replacement should be done by a technician.
