Spa leaks water from around the pump/heater unit or hose connections

Safety first: Unplug the spa before tightening or disconnecting any hoses. Avoid overtightening plastic parts.

• Identify leak source: Dry the area and observe where water appears. Check around each hose collar and union.
• Tighten connections: Hand-tighten hose collars firmly. Do not use tools that may crack the plastic.
• Inspect O-rings: If you disconnect a hose, inspect the O-ring for cracks or flattening. Replace if damaged.
• Check hoses: Look for splits or pinholes along the hose length. Replace any damaged hose.
