Display shows LOC or LOCK; buttons on topside panel do not respond

Safety: No internal electrical work is required for this procedure.

• Unlock the panel: Refer to the Bullfrog user manual for the specific model. Typically, press and hold a combination of buttons (such as Temperature Up and Down together) for several seconds until LOC clears.
• Dry the panel: If buttons seem unresponsive, wipe the topside control dry and ensure no standing water is on the panel.
• Power cycle: Turn the GFCI breaker OFF for 30 seconds, then ON. This can clear a temporary keypad lock glitch.
• Inspect for damage: If LOC or unresponsive buttons persist, the topside control panel may have water intrusion or a failed membrane and may need replacement.
