Possible Causes
User-selected Sleep mode, Energy-saving programming, Misconfigured filtration schedule
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: No internal electrical work is needed.
- Review mode setting: Use the topside control to check if the spa is in Sleep mode. Sleep mode typically heats only during a narrow window around filtration cycles.
- Switch to Standard or Economy: If you want higher average water temperature, change the mode to Standard or Economy.
- Adjust filtration cycles: Increase the duration or frequency of filtration cycles so the heater has more time to run.
