Possible Causes
Failed LED driver module in control pack, Loose or corroded light harness connectors, Burned-out individual LED assemblies, Low-voltage fuse blown on control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF power at the GFCI breaker before working on lighting circuits.
- Check lighting settings: Use the topside control to ensure lights are turned on and not dimmed to zero or in an off mode.
- Inspect harness connections: Open the equipment bay and locate the low-voltage lighting harness connectors. Ensure they are fully seated and free of corrosion.
- Check low-voltage fuse: Many control boards have a small fuse protecting the lighting circuit. Remove and test it with a multimeter; replace if blown with the same rating.
- Test individual LEDs: If only certain zones are out, inspect those LED assemblies in the spa shell for water intrusion or damage. Replace failed LED modules with Bullfrog-approved parts.
