Spa shell or cabinet vibrates excessively and is noisy when jets are on high

Safety: Turn OFF power at the GFCI breaker before tightening any hardware.

• Check pump mounting: Ensure all pump mounting bolts are tight and that rubber isolation pads are in place.
• Bleed airlocks: Loosen pump unions to release trapped air, then retighten. Cavitation can cause vibration and noise.
• Secure cabinet panels: Tighten or replace screws and clips holding the Bullfrog cabinet panels to reduce rattling.
• Assess pump bearings: If the pump makes a grinding or roaring noise, its bearings may be failing and the pump should be replaced.
