Spa shell or cabinet vibrates excessively and is noisy when jets are on high

Possible Causes
Loose pump mounting bolts, Worn pump bearings, Cavitation due to partial airlock, Cabinet panels not secured
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF power at the GFCI breaker before tightening any hardware.
- Check pump mounting: Ensure all pump mounting bolts are tight and that rubber isolation pads are in place.
- Bleed airlocks: Loosen pump unions to release trapped air, then retighten. Cavitation can cause vibration and noise.
- Secure cabinet panels: Tighten or replace screws and clips holding the Bullfrog cabinet panels to reduce rattling.
- Assess pump bearings: If the pump makes a grinding or roaring noise, its bearings may be failing and the pump should be replaced.
