Possible Causes

Diverter valve set away from affected JetPaks, JetPak not fully seated on manifold, Internal blockage in JetPak plumbing, Airlock in specific JetPak line

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn OFF power at the GFCI breaker before removing JetPaks.

  • Adjust diverter valves: Rotate the Bullfrog diverter valves to direct more flow to the seats that are not receiving water.
  • Reseat JetPaks: Lift the affected JetPaks out and then reinstall them, ensuring they fully engage with the manifold and sit flush.
  • Check for blockages: Inspect the rear of the JetPak and the manifold openings for debris. Remove any obstructions.
  • Bleed air: With the spa running, briefly loosen a fitting (if accessible) near the affected JetPak line to release trapped air, then retighten.
