How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power at the GFCI breaker before accessing lighting components.
- Check settings: Ensure the light function is enabled on the topside control and brightness is not set to minimum.
- Inspect connections: Locate the low-voltage light harness connections at the control board and verify they are secure.
- Check fuse: Inspect any low-voltage or accessory fuses on the IQ control board and replace if blown with the same rating.
- Replace LED module: If only one light is out, replace that LED module or light assembly with a Caldera-compatible part.
