Buttons on the control panel stick or activate by themselves.

Safety: Turn off power if the spa is turning on pumps or heater unexpectedly.

• Dry the panel: Wipe the surface and allow the panel to dry completely. Avoid spraying cleaners directly on the keypad.
• Inspect for cracks: If the overlay is cracked or peeling, moisture may be inside.
• Replace keypad: Remove the old topside panel, clean the shell surface, and install a new Canadian Spa Company-compatible keypad with proper gasket or sealant.
