Display shows LOC or lock icon; buttons do not respond.

Note: LOC is a feature, not a hardware fault in most cases.

• Unlock panel: Press and hold the designated button combination (often Temp Up + Temp Down or Temp + Light) for 3–5 seconds until LOC clears. Refer to your Canadian Spa Company manual for the exact sequence.
• Dry the panel: If buttons are unresponsive, wipe the topside control dry and allow it to air dry. Avoid using sharp objects on the membrane.
• Power cycle: Turn power off for 1–2 minutes and back on. If LOC returns immediately without user input, the keypad or control pack may be faulty.
