Possible Causes
Deteriorated jet gasket, Cracked jet body, Loose jet retaining nut
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and lower water level below the leaking jet before repair.
- Remove jet insert: Twist and pull out the internal jet insert to access the body.
- Access rear of jet: From inside the cabinet, locate the back of the leaking jet body.
- Tighten retaining nut: Gently tighten the nut that holds the jet body to the shell. Do not overtighten and crack the body.
- Replace gasket if needed: If tightening does not stop the leak, remove the jet body, clean the shell surface, and install a new gasket or use spa-rated silicone sealant with a new Canadian Spa Company-compatible jet body.
