Air blower does not turn on or shuts off quickly after starting.

Safety: Turn off power before inspecting the blower. Do not run a blower that has ingested water.

• Step 1 – Listen for operation: When you press the blower button, note whether you hear any sound. Silence suggests no power or a failed motor.
• Step 2 – Inspect housing: Locate the blower (often mounted above the equipment bay). Check for signs of water inside the housing or rust.
• Step 3 – Check intake: Ensure the blower air intake is not blocked by debris or insulation.
• Step 4 – Replace blower: If the blower is water-damaged or will not run, replace it with a Catalina-compatible air blower of the same voltage and rating.
