How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: No electrical work is needed.

  • Step 1 – Review mode: Use the topside controls to view the current mode. SL indicates a sleep or low-heat mode on many Catalina systems.
  • Step 2 – Change to standard: Follow the manual instructions to switch to Standard or Ready mode so the spa can maintain a higher set temperature.
  • Step 3 – Adjust setpoint: Increase the set temperature to your desired level and allow time for the spa to heat.
