Safety: Turn off power before handling ozone equipment. Avoid inhaling concentrated ozone.

• Step 2 – Inspect tubing: Trace the ozone tubing from the generator to the injector. Replace any brittle, cracked, or kinked tubing.
• Step 3 – Check valve and injector: Replace the ozone check valve and clean or replace the injector if clogged with scale.
• Step 4 – Replace ozonator: Ozone generators typically last 2–3 years. If older and output is weak or absent, replace with a Catalina-compatible ozonator.
