How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before working on lighting components.
- Step 1 – Check control: Use the topside panel to cycle through light modes. If no response, proceed to inspection.
- Step 2 – Inspect connections: In the equipment bay, locate the light harness connector on the Catalina control pack and ensure it is secure.
- Step 3 – Module replacement: If only one light is out, that LED module may have failed. Access the light from inside the spa or from behind the shell (depending on design) and replace with a Catalina-compatible LED module.
- Step 4 – Driver/board issue: If all lights are out and modules test good, the light driver circuit on the control board may be defective and require board replacement.
