How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and lower water level below the leaking jet before attempting repair.
- Step 1 – Confirm leak location: Dry the area around the suspected jet and observe for fresh water seepage.
- Step 2 – Remove jet insert: Twist and pull out the jet insert (if removable) to inspect the body and gasket.
- Step 3 – Access backside (if possible): Remove side panels to access the rear of the jet. Tighten the retaining nut gently if loose.
- Step 4 – Replace gasket or body: If the gasket is deteriorated or the body is cracked, the jet body assembly must be replaced with a Catalina-compatible part. This may require cutting foam and working in tight spaces.
