Display shows LOC or LOCK, buttons on the topside control panel do not respond.

Safety first: No need to open the equipment bay.

• Unlock sequence: On many Clearwater Spas panels, press and hold the Temperature Up and Temperature Down buttons together for 3–5 seconds to unlock. If that does not work, try holding the Light button plus Temp Up.
• Check manual: Refer to your specific Clearwater Spas user manual for the exact unlock combination.
• Power cycle: If the panel remains locked, turn power off at the breaker for 30 seconds and restore. Some models reset the lock on power-up.
