Ozone indicator is on but no bubbles are visible from the ozone injector.

Safety first: Turn off power before working near the ozonator or plumbing.

• Inspect tubing: Follow the ozone tubing from the ozonator to the injector. Replace any brittle or cracked tubing.
• Check check valve: Ensure the ozone check valve is installed in the correct direction and not clogged; replace if suspect.
• Injector cleaning: Remove and clean the injector fitting where ozone enters the water line.

If the ozonator itself has no output (no glow or indicator when powered), it may need replacement.
