Possible Causes
No power from GFCI breaker, Tripped internal fuse on Coast Spas control pack, Failed transformer or low-voltage power supply, Defective topside control panel
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Only work inside the equipment bay with power off at the breaker. Use a non-contact voltage tester if available.
- Check GFCI: Verify the spa GFCI breaker is ON and not tripped. Reset if necessary.
- Inspect main power connections: With power off, confirm that all incoming power wires are tight at the control pack terminals.
- Check fuses: Remove the control pack cover and inspect any glass or blade fuses. Replace only with identical ratings.
- Test topside: If the control pack has indicator LEDs lit but the display is blank, the topside control panel or its cable may be faulty and require replacement.
- Professional service: If there is no low-voltage output from the control pack transformer, the board or pack likely needs replacement.
