Topside control shows LOC or a lock icon; buttons do not respond to input.

Safety first: No internal access is required for this procedure.

• Unlock sequence: Refer to the Coast Spas user manual for your specific topside. Commonly, press and hold the Temperature Up and Down buttons together for 3–5 seconds to toggle the lock.
• Power cycle: If the lock will not clear, turn power off at the breaker for 30 seconds, then back on and retry the unlock sequence.
• Inspect keypad: If certain buttons are unresponsive or stuck, the topside control panel may need replacement.
