Ozone generator not working, no ozone bubbles visible at designated jet

Safety first: Turn off power before working on the ozonator or tubing. Avoid inhaling concentrated ozone.

Steps:

• Verify ozone cycle: Many Dream Maker Spas only run the ozonator during filtration cycles. Ensure the pump is running in a filter cycle when checking for ozone bubbles.
• Inspect tubing: Locate the ozone generator and follow the clear tubing to the injector fitting. Check for kinks, disconnections, or water in the line.
• Check check valve: The ozone line usually has a one-way check valve. If stuck, replace it with a spa-rated ozone check valve.
• Replace ozonator: If tubing and check valve are fine but no ozone is produced (and the generator is old), replace the ozonator with a Dream Maker-compatible unit.
